Notes

25% non refundable  deposit  is required on booking. It can be paid either by bank transfer or by Paypal (guests to pay transfer fees). Balance is to be paid in cash on arrival . (Please note balance remains payable if booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival).

Prices are for the property (apartment and garage) per week in euros for up to 4 people.The additional cost per person per week for more than 4 people is €49.00.

€150.00 refundable breakages/ damages deposit is requested.

Christmas/New Year and Easter €650.00 a week. In the period November-March  gas  is to be paid at cost.

Linen and towels are changed once a week. As the arrival day is flexible also changeoverday is flexible .

Departure by 10 a.m, arrival after 3 p.m. For arrivals after 9 pm a €30 fee will be applied. For arrivals after midnight a €50 fee will be applied.

* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.
