Refundable Damage Deposit |
€150.00 refundable breakages/ damages deposit is requested on arrival and is refunded on departure. |
Notes |
A non refundable deposit of 25% on the whole amount is required on booking. It can be paid either by bank transfer or by PayPal (guests to pay transfer fees). Balance is to be paid in cash on arrival . (Please note balance remains payable if booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to arrival). 2/3/4 nights minimum stay. Prices are for the property in euros, all expenses included, except € 60 for the final cleaning. Linen and towels are changed once a week. As the arrival day is flexible also changeoverday is flexible. Check-in by 10 a.m, check-out from 3 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.. These times are flexible, if possible. For arrivals after midnight a €50 fee will be applied. Parking, beach umbrella and chairs are available free of charge. There is also the possibility to use a garage on demand, if it is available.
