As regards fees please contact the owner by filling in all the spaces in “Reservations”

Refundable Damage Deposit

€150.00 refundable breakages/ damages deposit is requested on arrival and is refunded on departure.

Notes

 A non refundable deposit of 25% on the whole amount is required on booking. It can be paid either by bank transfer or by PayPal (guests to pay transfer fees). Balance is to be paid in cash on arrival . (Please note balance remains payable if booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to arrival).

2/3/4 nights minimum stay. Prices are for the property in euros, all expenses included, except € 60 for the final cleaning.
Linen and towels are changed once a week. As the arrival day is flexible also changeoverday is flexible.

Check-in by 10 a.m, check-out from 3 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.. These times are flexible, if possible.
For arrivals after midnight a €50 fee will be applied.

Parking, beach umbrella and chairs are available free of charge.
There is also the possibility to use a garage on demand, if it is available.

House rules:
  • Parties or events are not allowed
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment but guests can smoke on the terrace.
  • Lights and air conditioning are to be switched off before going out.
  • Awnings are to be rolled on in case it is about to rain and before going out.
  • On their departure guests must leave the apartment in order and take all the rubbish away.
